How long does the process take?

It depends on how quickly the provider can move. We have a distribution network of 40+ providers all over the country and it's growing.

The process is a simple one. After getting the basic information about your property (the whole process can take up to 2 weeks):

1. We'll view the property
2. Then we send the details to the provider to see what rates they can offer
3. Provider makes the offer (a few days up to 5 working days)
4. Sometimes the council's surveyor may need to do additional viewing (this usually means the deal will go ahead as all that's left will be if you follow surveyor's stipulations (e.g. change the curtains, beds, fire doors then we'll take it)
5. The council's surveyor comes to sign everything off
6. Contracts will be signed
