How long does the process take?
You’ve probably heard the council process takes forever. But is that really the case...?
We work with a range of providers, so speed can vary. To begin, it’s helpful to know where your property is, how much rent you’re looking for, and the number of beds and baths.
First Step: Share Key Details About the Property
Once we have photos, we’ll contact you within 3 working days when a client wants to view. We’ll send you their company info first. If they’re keen, they’ll offer within 5 days and pay a deposit and rent before collecting keys.
- You send us basic information about your property
- We come back in up to 72 hours with an offer and confirm the viewing
- Provider makes the offer (a few days up to 5 working days)
- Sometimes the council's surveyor may ask you follow stipulations to proceed (e.g. change the curtains, beds, fire doors then we'll take it)
- They pay the agreed holding deposit and you earn rental income consistently for up to 5 years
After working with Mr S who recently evicted 1 of his tenants, we was able to get him and offer and have it signed in 3 days
